Prospective tenants are interviewed and fill in a Rental Application Form.

We then check all tenants references including previous landlords and employers. Bay City Rentals Tga Limited will also check Ministry of Justice Tenancy Tribunal Orders, credit checks with Veda Advantage (Bay Corp) and social media.
